User Agreement

This Agreement is a public offer and determines the terms of use of the materials and services posted on the website at www.brivas.ru, by visitors and users of this website (hereinafter – the Site).

1. General conditions

1.1. The Site is created for advertising purposes.

1.2. The Site was developed by LLC “aiFrog” for LLC “GC Brivas” under the Service Agreement dated September 1, 2020, No. 5-C-2020.

1.3. The Site contains informational materials and services.

1.4. The use of materials and services of the Site is regulated by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.5. By accessing the materials of the Site, the User is considered to have joined this Agreement.

1.6. The User may use the materials of the Site and the services provided on the Site as follows: copy data from the Site page with an indication of the source of information.

2. User Obligations

2.1. The User agrees not to take actions or leave comments and posts that may be considered a violation of Russian legislation or international law, including in the sphere of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, generally accepted norms of morality and ethics, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to a disruption of the normal functioning of the Site and its services.

2.2. The use of materials from the Site without the consent of the rights holders is not allowed.

2.3. When quoting materials from the Site, including copyrighted works, a reference to the Site is mandatory.

2.4. The Site Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site.

2.5. The Site Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or incurred losses or damages related to any content of the Site, registration of copyrights and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external sites or resources or other contacts of the User that they entered into using the information or links to external resources posted on the Site.

2.6. The User agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible and has no obligations in connection with advertising that may be posted on the Site.

3. Other conditions

3.1. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.2. The recognition by a court of law of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or unenforceable does not invalidate any other provisions of the Agreement.

3.3. The inaction of the Site Administration in the event of a violation of any provisions of the Agreement by any of the Users does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take appropriate action to protect its interests and protect copyright to materials protected in accordance with the law of the Site.

3.4. The Site Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes come into force after 5 (five) days from the date of posting a new version of the Agreement on the website. In case the User disagrees with the changes made, he/she must refuse access to the Site, stop using the materials and services of the Site.

3.5. The User confirms that he/she accepts the terms of this Agreement, as well as the Privacy Policy of the Site, which is an integral part of this Agreement and is posted on the page at: www.brivas.ru.
