    The Eurasian Economic Union and Egypt plan to conclude a free trade agreement in the near future, according to Russian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov following talks with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.     The trade turnover between Russia and the UAE increased by 68% to $9 billion in 2022. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia, Denis Manturov, during the sidelines of the international defense exhibition IDEX 2023 in Abu Dhabi. According to Manturov, the volume of exports from Russia to the UAE amounted to $8.5 billion (+71%), while imports were $500 million (+6%).
