“Russian Export Center (part of VEB.RF) plans to open a representative office in Iran, said Veronica Nikishina, the CEO of the Russian Export Center.

“”In the near future, we are opening a representative office of the Russian Export Center group in the Islamic Republic of Iran, and as part of the official opening, we plan to organize a business mission for Russian exporters,”” Nikishina said during a meeting of the Russia-Iran intergovernmental commission.

“”In addition, we are exploring the possibility of opening a pavilion for Russian goods, which will allow Iranian business representatives to get closer acquainted with the potential of Russian export-oriented companies,”” she added.

According to Nikishina, the Russian Export Center pays special attention to the development of relations with Iran and the establishment of mutually beneficial relations between Iranian and Russian companies.

“”We see huge potential in increasing supplies of Russian products: this includes agricultural products, agricultural machinery, components, localization of production, and much more. At the same time, we are counting on active development of cooperation in the field of supplies of high-priority goods produced by the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Russian market, including building materials,”” the head of the Russian Export Center added.
