In March, the United Arab Emirates announced the formation of a free trade zone with the EAEU. This year, representatives of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development will begin negotiations on this issue with Indonesia.
The free trade zone will increase the volume of trade between the countries participating in the agreement, as well as redirect export deliveries.
Earlier, Sputnik radio reported that Iran had proposed using the ruble as the main currency of the EAEU.
